Who is this for?

Aimed at ages 10+, for those who want to learn/improve their vocals. The class focusses on technique, musicality through ear training and harmony work, and performance; all with a like-minded group of young performers. We welcome students with an interest in all contemporary styles, including Pop, Indie, Soul, RnB, Gospel, Rock and Soul.

Outline

• Learn and practise vocal techniques, including breathing, posture, and placement. All are designed to create a solid foundation for the voice.

• Share experiences, challenges and learn how to work with constructive criticism in group feedback sessions.

• Improve performance: students will work towards performances in our regular showcases throughout the sessions.
