Catch members of The Song School busking team out on Southend High Street on Saturday 26 April, raising money for The Song School fund.
About the fund
Funds raised through this and all initiatives support children in low-income households to attend The Song School free or subsidised, and help keep class costs affordable for everyone else. The fund also supports the development of all of our programmes, including - instrument and studio upkeep, repairs and purchase - benefitting our whole community.
The Song School’s mission is to level access to music for all children and young people regardless of circumstances, so all can experience the benefits associated with learning and playing music such as enhanced confidence, self-esteem, improved mental wellbeing and academic aspirations.
