Our Studios
Our studios on Alexandra Street in Central Southend-On-Sea boasts 6 rooms available for short-medium term hire, weekdays during the mornings and afternoons. Adjacent to the High Street (seaside end), the space is served by two car parks on Alexandra Street and Clarence Road, plus we are a walk a way from all major transport hubs, with Southend Central Train and Bus stations both around a 5 minute walk.
Spaces can configured for a number of uses and consist of:
The main room
Situated on the ground floor, and equipped with a full live PA, drum kit, electric piano, interactive white board and seating that can be configured into conference style or more informal. Suitable for a variety of uses and hireable as a stand alone space or alongside -
The lyric lounge
The Lyric Lounge is also situated on the ground floor, directly adjacent to the main room. This is a dedicated writing space, with a blackboard wall and electric piano.
The mezz
The mezz is perfect for band rehearsals and like the main room, is equipped with a live PA, drum kit and electric piano. This room is on the first floor, accessible via a flight of stairs
The long room
The Long Room is our second largest space. Situated on the second floor, the space boasts desk space, multiple power points and a wall mounted TV screen, suitable for a variety of uses
The recording room
The Booth adjacent to The Long Room is our recording room. Soundproofed and ready for recording vocals and instruments.
The snug
The Snug: a great space for writing, acoustic jamming, and 1:1 coaching.
