Celebrating Flo's Promotion and Our New Associate Music Coach Pathway

We're delighted to announce that Flo has been promoted to Associate Music Coach!

Her promotion marks the launch of our new Associate Music Coach pathway - a structured training programme for staff who progress through our Music Assistant role, providing a springboard to full coach. Flo will soon begin studying for a vocational qualification in vocals, supported by The Song School through our partnership with Youth Music on our Youth Careers programme. She'll be working towards full qualification whilst continuing to coach young people across our programmes.

This is the second promotion at The Song School this term - proof that we're not just creating pathways for young people, but for our staff too. Our team is small but mighty, and fully committed to building a music industry that's accessible to all.
