It’s Black History Month. This years theme is Saluting Our Sisters! Celebrating female black excellence. We asked our Spoken Word and Wellbeing coach, Trigger Bliss to delve into the history books and recognise unsung Black women from music. This resulted in a very personal exploration of her own experience and the need to recognise those who have been missed from the musical history books.
